Return Eligibility
For the safety and health of all our customers, federal and state regulations limit the return of certain items. Here's what you need to know:
Prescription Medications
Due to legal requirements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications unless there is an error on our part.
Over-the-Counter Products
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.
Medical Supplies & Equipment
These items may be eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please contact us with questions regarding eligible items.
Return Process

If you’d like to request a return, call or visit our pharmacy to discuss your concerns with a team member.
Provide Receipt
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return the product at the customers expense back to the store. The package must be labeled with a return authorization number and the customers name.
Resolution Time
We aim to process returns or refunds promptly and will work with you to find the best solution.
Exceptions
While we wish we could accommodate all returns, the following items are not eligible:
- Opened or used over-the-counter products
- Custom made or special-order items
- Products damaged after purchase
