Are the prescription lockers really available 24 hours a day?
Yes. Once an eligible prescription has been placed in a locker and you've received your pickup instructions, you can retrieve it any time of day or night.
How do I choose locker pickup?
Let our pharmacy team know you'd like to use the 24-hour lockers when filling or refilling your prescription. We'll take care of the rest.
Are all prescriptions eligible for locker pickup?
Most are, but controlled substances aren't eligible for locker pickup and must be picked up in person during pharmacy hours. Other medications may have special handling requirements too, so our pharmacy team will let you know if yours is eligible.
How will I know when my prescription is in the locker?
We'll send you a notification with pickup instructions once everything is ready.
Where do you deliver?
We provide local prescription delivery in Brighton and surrounding communities, as well as shipping within Michigan through UPS. Shipping rates may vary, so please contact us with any questions.
Can all prescriptions be delivered?
Delivery eligibility can depend on the medication and other requirements. Give us a call and we'll check your prescription.
Can I still pick up inside the pharmacy?
Of course. In-store and drive-thru pickup are always available during regular pharmacy hours.
